From starting the past until today, national and international competition, dynamic labor market relations, the changes on the management models, technological developments, the inclusion of Y generation into the business world and such improvements are forcing to companies review their supply chain policies while empowering the relations between employer and employee with aim to maintain the company competitiveness. Empowering the employees is not easy. Because the company and managers should always incentivize the empowering of the employees. The meaning of this for the companies; the creation of a reliable environment and to help employees to learn their success while analyzing the reason of failures. Organizations aim to prioritize the human factor with educating the employees and also taking into account their ideas for the decision-making. At this point, the notion of empowerment emerges. In the logistics sector, which is one of the service sector, “people” are a prominent factor. In that study, specifically the possible effects on strengthening dimensions and also on their probable demographics features are examined. The survey is limited by the questions that measures about empowerment by competence, autonomy and the effect dimensions. Results only represent the sample group in the company.
