The aim of the publication series of agricultural ethics is to inguiry ethical practices in industrial agriculture. Agriculture is an activity that acquires living things on the environment. Its main purpose is to meet the food needs of people in order to continue their vital activities. Humanity started the life of society by carrying out the agricultural revolution about 10 000 years ago. However, since the agricultural revolution, agricultural practices have changed considerably. After the industrial revolution, industrial agricultural practices started. In industrial agriculture; agricultural chemicals, breeding and genetic studies and technical animal husbandry practices are the subject of ethical discussions. Ethical debates on agriculture should be carried out on environmental and bioethical axes as well as general ethical inquiries. In this study, it is aimed to conduct an ethical inquiry in line with the opinions of an academician working in the field of organic agriculture. In this study, beyond the presentation of the views of an academician, it is aimed to form an ethical discussion based on these views. This study was produced within the scope of the PhD study titled “The Place of Ethics in Agriculture” prepared in the Philosophy Department of the Faculty of Letters at Akdeniz University
