Yetişkin Bireylerde Çözüm Odaklı Yaklaşım ile Otomatik Düşünce ve Ruminatif Düşünce Biçimleri Arasındaki İlişkinin İncelenmesi

Bu çalışmada, yetişkin bireylerde çözüm odaklı yaklaşım düzeyleri ile otomatik düşünce ve ruminatif düşünce biçimleri arasındaki ilişki incelenmiştir. Araştırma kapsamında Türkiye genelinde 18 yaş ve üzeri 388 bireyden elde edilen veriler analiz edilmiştir. Katılımcılara Çözüm Odaklı Envanter, Otomatik Düşünceler Ölçeği ve Ruminatif Düşünce Biçimi Ölçeği uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen bulgular, çözüm odaklı yaklaşım ile otomatik ve ruminatif düşünceler arasında negatif yönlü anlamlı ilişkiler olduğunu göstermiştir. Ayrıca, çözüm odaklı yaklaşımın bazı alt boyutlarının ruminatif düşünce biçimlerini anlamlı şekilde yordadığı tespit edilmiştir. Bu sonuçlar, psikolojik iyilik halini destekleyen çözüm odaklı müdahalelerin önemini vurgulamaktadır.
