In Turkey, a rapid social change has been experienced from 1950s till the present day. The experienced change has many dimensions, features and various results regarding different disciplines. In the literature, there are scientific studies that have discussed social change with different aspects. Another way to understand the change that has been experienced by societies is to look at the place, level of education of woman in social and daily life and their position in business and domestic life. From this point of view, in our study, it was tried to put forth labor force participation, marriage and daily life with the change in education status of woman in rural areas throughout Turkey and in Bursa locality. Change experienced in female population regarding population, education, marriage and labor force participation from 1945 to 2015 was discussed by comparison with change in male population along with statistical data. On the other hand, the effect of education on change of woman fact in Bursa rural was tried to be put forth with details that we have obtained by verbal history studies in Bursa villages.
