HAVE EFFECTIVENESS OF INNOVATIVE BUSINESS BEHAVIORS ON THE ORGANIZATIONAL CLIMATE SECTOR?

In this study; it was determined as a general objective to determine whether the behaviors to be exhibited for innovative work behaviors, had an effect on the organizational climate perception. In accordance with this purpose was prepared design model is the interactive model. Correlation analysis with the purpose of determining the direction and severity of the relationship between variables was prepared, regression analysis was also performed by determining the degree of interaction between variables. The main universe of the study was thought to be 11,965 employees working as technicians in various sectors in İzmir. The sample group consists of 463 employees were selected to represent the main universe. Through the sample, Innovative Work Behavior (IWB) to obtain data for a scale consisting of 9 questions suggested by Janssen (2000, 2001) was used. In our study, the overall Cronbach's Alpha value for this scale was found as 825. The organizational climate scale, which was developed by Litwin and Stringer (1968), which consists of a total of 29 questions, was used to measure perceptions of organizational climate. In this respect, the overall General Cronbach's Alpha value for this scale was found as 867. For the correlation, regression and frequency analyzes made for the statistical analysis of the data, the SPSS 21.0 data analysis program was used. According to the findings obtained after the research; innovative work behaviors and sub-components with the organizational climate and its sub-components between (r = 300 and r =, p <0.00 in the range of 394) have been detected positive directional moderate correlation relation. It was also found that innovative business behaviors were positively influenced by organizational climate by 29.4% to 36.3%.As a result of the study, it is possible to say that a positive development, which can generally occur at the organizational climate level, has been reached on the positive side by studies on innovative business behaviors.
