Material and Methods: In this descriptive and cross-sectional study, it was aimed to reach all of the students who took a professional ethics course at a foundation university, and 91.5% (n=182) were reached. "Sociodemographic Characteristics Form" and "Ethical Position Scale" were used to collect data. The scale applied at the beginning of the study was applied again to the same students at the end of the 14-week education. Analysis of research data was done with SPSS 21.0 statistical program. In the analysis of descriptive statistics, arithmetic mean, standard deviation and frequency analysis were used. Paired Samples T-Test was used to compare the mean values of the scale scores before and after the training. Result: The mean age of the participants was 21.69±3.52, and the age range was 19-46 years. 72.5% of the participants were women and 73.2% were born in the Central Anatolia Region. Pre-educational idealism (4.04±0.54), relativism (3.26±0.66), accuracy (3.00±1.10) dimensions and the overall score of the Ethical Position Scale (3.37±0.56) found. After the training, idealism (4.58±0.52), relativism (3.81±0.78), accuracy (3.41±1.20) dimensions and the overall score of the Ethical Position Scale (3.97±0.65) ) was found. There is a statistically significant difference between the ethical positions of the students before and after the professional ethics course (p<0.05). Conclusion: The ethical positions of the students, which were at a medium level, were found at a high level after the professional ethics course. Education and training programs should be organized to increase students' level of consideration of ethical rules in decision making
