The first president of the Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, the great thinker and scientist V. I. Vernadsky noted that a great future opens up before a person if he does not use his mind and labor for self-destruction. As the modern stage of development of society shows, awareness of the need to follow this warning of a scientist who predicted "noosphere" [1, p. 577] as a global model, a civilizational concept of the future, humanity is still lacking, since a significant part of the intellect and its product people spent on the production of means of self-destruction, terrorism, armed aggressions and conflicts, hybrid and information wars in different parts of the world. It should be recognized that modern society is not yet ready to comply with the principles of peaceful coexistence, building a secure multipolar world community as implementation of the universal idea of building a society of universal reason, the only suitable civilizational model of the future.
